Payment
Forms of payment?
All transactions go through PayPal. A well-known and secure way to make payments over the Internet. They can also process most credit/debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express without the need of a Paypal account.
If you require another payment method just Contact Us and we'll help.


How secure are my transactions?
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers.
So it's safe to say it's extremely secure!


Do I need a Paypal Account?
No you don't. Paypal accepts payment without signing up for an account. They can process most credit/debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express. Just enter your details and follow the prompts on screen.

Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. If you add something to your shopping cart it will calculate the shipping cost. Postage on all items to a UK address is free.

My purchase arrived damaged
If your print was damaged in transit please Contact Us with photos showing the damage within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise all sales are considered final. After we assess the damage, you will be asked to send the print back so we can send you out another print in its place.

How well are the items packed?
We take great pride in our superior packing and shipping methods. Prints are carefully bagged and placed in a heavy-duty Kraft tube with caps on both ends. Framed works & Museum pieces are reinforced with card and bubble wrap before they are placed in custom made boxes.
Because of these precautions, we have an extraordinarily low damage rate. It is very unlikely your print will get damaged however; we do ask when opening your package, it is done carefully as damages can occur with rough handling.


I have yet to receive my shipment
If it has been longer than 30 days for domestic orders or 45 days for international then please Contact Us with your details and we'll investigate.

Are items tracked/insured?
Yes. Everything has a tracking ID and is insured for peace of mind.

Misc
Do you sell Artist proofs?
Occasionally the proof prints are sold. Please Contact Us if there is something in particular you would like to purchase and we will do our best to accommodate.

Authentication
All prints are numbered, signed and have a tamper proof hologram attached. They are also validated by an embossed and signed Certificate of Authentication (COA). One authentication is sent per print; we cannot replace lost or damaged COA’s.

How should I care for my prints?
Keeping your print rolled in a tube for any length of time can make it difficult to flatten upon framing; therefore we recommend you frame your artwork as soon as possible. If you’re taking it to a framer, let them unroll and flatten it for framing. If you’re framing it yourself, please use caution when unrolling the artwork.
Extreme heat, direct sunlight or too much moisture isn't a good idea either.


Can I request an edition number?
Specific edition numbers can be requested but are not guaranteed. If the number requested is still available at the time of purchase, we will do our best to accommodate.
